KIE use both modern and the traditional methods of finishing. Vibratory machines, rotary polishing machines, clair polishing machines, belt grinding and hand polishing machines are some of the equipments that we utilize . The workman have years of experience and art which gives the product an exquisite appearance and finish. Each product goes through extensive finishing process which includes hand polishing and buffing.

KIE uses E-coating technology / Electrophoretic lacquer. The process gives more than 150 hrs of salt spray life. The products are baked in temperature controlled travelling oven which gives a uniform baking cycle. The parts are given a minimum of 24 hours cooling time before the packing is done. We also use clear powder coating finishes.

KIE has a complete plating line for brass, aluminium, zinc and M.S. substrates. The trained and experienced professionals we possess ensure quality of the products. Process controls like temp. Controller timers, etc are installed to ensure an accurate process control. Frequent online checking and bath analysis in our in-house chemical lab ensures consistent and accurate control of baths. The plating plant is backed up by a R.O. and D.M. water plant.

KIE has a complete in-house powder coating plant with a travelling oven. All the parts are pre-treated and phosphatised before powder coating for better adhesion.

KIE has quality systems as per ISO 9001:2000 standards. Quality standards are high. Visual Inspection is strict. All parts are 100% inspected before they are dispatched. During processing parts go through rigorous 100% inspection.

KIE offers the service of custom packaging to the exact specification of the customer. Our in-house equipment allows us to create custom printed labels, as well as point-of-sale display packs in skin pack, blister & bagged formats.
