KIE has APQP approach to develop a product to ensure the customer requirement and specifications. Tools/ Techniques are used to ensure these requirements such as Feasibility Analysis. FMEA, Control Plans. SPC.

KIE has more than 50 pit furnaces and a team of skilled foundry men. The sand castings have close tolerances and fine surface finish.

KIE produces aluminium and Zinc die casting with finishes like brass plating, powder coating, natural finish etc. KIE has Pressure Die Casting machines from 80 tons to 120 tons. The metal is first properly treated in the melting furnace before it is poured in the holding furnace.

KIE uses hot forging to make the top of the line products. It provides the parts excellent detailing and finish. We have forging presses ranging from 100 tons to 300 tons.

KIE has well equipped machine shop is the strength of the organization. We use a cell type production model that enables it to dedicate machines to specific product line and customers. The online gauging ensures helps a product to conform to the requisite quality standards.
